I was instantly captivated. The beauty, the creativity, the sheer magic of those cakes sparked something inside me. And just like that, my sweet journey into the pastry world began. I dove headfirst into learning, researching, experimenting, taking courses, and hunting down the best ingredients I could find. Every cake became a new adventure, every flavour a small victory.
